At THE NAMYYTA, we want you to feel confident that you are receiving the best possible value when you shop with us. If you find the same product being offered at a lower price by another authorized retailer in the UK, we will match that price.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match, the following must apply:

  • The product must be identical in style, size, color, and condition.

  • The lower-priced offer must come from a reputable UK-based retailer, whether online or in-store.

  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase on the competitor’s website or location.

  • Requests must be made before your purchase or within 7 days after placing your order with THE NAMYYTA.

When submitting your request, please include:

  • A link to the competitor’s product page or advertisement

  • Your order number (if you’ve already purchased from us)

Our team will review and confirm whether the request meets the criteria.

Exclusions

Price matching is not available in the following situations:

  • Clearance, final sale, liquidation, or outlet pricing

  • Used, refurbished, open-box, or damaged items

  • Prices requiring discount codes, membership, rewards points, or loyalty programs

  • Flash sales, limited-time promotions, auctions, or third-party marketplace listings (e.g., eBay, Etsy, Amazon Marketplace)

  • Incorrect, outdated, or fraudulent pricing

Refunds on Price Differences

If a price match is approved after your purchase, we will refund the difference to your original payment method within 7 business days.
